About
Insights is a robust Data Platform designed for Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to track incentive-based programs. This project involved a complete redesign of the original site, utilizing a new Design System to enhance usability and functionality.
Project Initiation
The project began with collaboration between the product team and stakeholders to develop user personas representing the primary users of the site. We engaged both existing clients and external resources to gather diverse insights and accurately define these personas.

Prioritization
To further understand user needs, I facilitated a KWL (Know, Want, Learn) workshop with Product, Clinical, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This internal exercise helped us clarify assumptions about users' wants and needs. Following this, we organized a focus group to validate these assumptions and identify the most beneficial functionalities that could enhance efficiency and save time for users.
Discovery and Planning
After completing the discovery activities, we organized the site’s features into distinct Epics to streamline our development process. We adhered to our established UX methodology, which involved creating initial designs, reviewing them with internal stakeholders, and making necessary revisions based on feedback. Usability testing was conducted on interactive prototypes to ensure that the designs met user expectations before finalizing them for development. The redesigned Insights platform has successfully incorporated various new programs, receiving positive feedback from clients regarding the enhanced offerings. We continue to iterate on the platform, adding new features to further improve the user experience and meet evolving needs.
